Comfortable bar and bistro on the ground floor of the Grand, a former hotel dating from Edwardian times. The bar has a number of stylish light fittings, a piano that is played lunchtimes and evenings and is popular with the residents, locals and tourists. Food is served 7 days a week from opening until 9pm in the evening. The bar hosts quiz, folk and jazz evenings. The Grand complex also includes the Palm Court Restaurant and another bar that serves two cask ales from the same cellar in addition to a range of bottled beers including some from Old Dairy.
